Fluorescent polystyrene microspheres
Fluorescent polystyrene microparticles are monodisperse polystyrene microparticles containing high-brightness fluorescent dyes.
Fluorescent polystyrene microparticles have fluorescent dyes embedded within the particles, effectively preventing the quenching of fluorescence and reducing the impact of environmental factors on fluorescence intensity. At the same time, the original functional groups are retained on the surface, which does not affect immunoassays, inspections, and other applications. The emission wavelength of this series of microparticles covers the entire visible light spectrum (from 460 nm to 750 nm), with the excitation wavelength being 30-40 nm lower than the emission wavelength. Fluorescent polystyrene microparticles are widely used in research fields such as side-flow chromatography, phagocytosis studies, pore size measurement, biochips, and microfluidic control. The emission spectrum of fluorescent microparticles is named based on the wavelength range of the fluorescence peak wavelength.
